Being in the wedding industry for over a decade has taught me invaluable lessons that can’t be learned from a book or watching wedding shows. From the very beginning of every event, my main objective is to greatly reduce the stereotypical “wedding stress” by leaning on my experience to create the bride’s vision of her “perfect day.” There is a meticulous plan that addresses every aspect of the wedding, from gown shopping all the way to bidding you farewell as we put you in the get-away car.

My approach to unforgettable events begins with understanding the bride’s wishes, and then tirelessly working to satisfy her needs. I firmly believe that a wedding day should be the most glamorous day of any female's life, and I dedicate myself to making that dream an enjoyable reality.

My husband & I call Charlotte home, and seeing that I am originally from neighboring Union County I seem to know people everywhere I go. Leveraging my knowledge (and relationships) in the industry helps me to guide my clients to only the best vendors. All vendors are not created equally, and a budget can be unnecessarily wasted by selecting the wrong supplier.

I am continually searching out the latest trends to make every event sizzle. I was honored to be a Planning Committee Chair for the National Association of Catering Executives' (NACE) National Convention which was held in Charlotte in July of 2009. Attended by Food Network, HGTV and Style network personalities, the focus was centered on Special Event Planners and Designers, Wedding Consultants and Suppliers to the Catering and Event Design World. We attend mutliple conferences across the country each year to make sure we're bringing the trends to Charlotte first.

I love to laugh, and even more, I love to make others laugh; a wedding should be filled with laughter. I am also a perfectionist. I love a bargain, but I won’t sacrifice quality for price. I am blessed with many close girlfriends, and I am proud to say that a number of my clients have become lifelong connections. I take pride in every event I undertake, and the priceless smiles on the faces of the ecstatic clients and their families let me know they believe in the value of a planner and designer.
