Mend the End Package

This package helps you 'mend the ends' of the planning process to execute the details near wedding day. You've planned it, now we're going to MAKE IT HAPPEN. Ask any 'wife' and she'll tell you that you can't imagine all of the little details needing attention those last 30 days before wedding day.

We will meet with you in person 4 weeks out from wedding day to gather everything that you've planned (all contracts, vendor info, pictures etc). We'll speak to each vendor and inform them that we handle everything from that point forward. This eliminates the last minute urgent vendor phone calls to you! We'll continue to meet and chat as we get closer to wedding day to make sure EVERY DETAIL has been taken care of and nothing is forgotten.

This package also includes full wedding weekend coordination as follows:

  • 2 CED team members during the entire rehearsal and entire wedding day
  • complete coordination and planning of rehearsal, ceremony & reception
  • organize day of logistics
  • review all contracts to confirm you're not missing anything imperative
  • wedding day timeline and schedule of events for all vendors
  • wedding Day timeline and schedule for bridal party & family
  • distribute final vendor payments and gratuities
  • oversee all vendors arrivals/deliveries/teardowns
  • gather and disburse all corsages, bouts, gifts, guest book, favors, toasting flutes, cake knife, programs, & anything else of the such
  • safe delivery of all wedding gifts to designated room or vehicle
  • layout the order of events for the ceremony & entire reception
  • Assist with room diagram to guarantee proper flow and functionality
