Mentor Package

This package is designed for the bride that has plenty of time and creativity on her hands; yet needs guidance along the way. We'll get you jump started in the process of planning and designing, then CWD will join you again 4 weeks out from wedding day. You will also receive our exclusive CWD engagement timeline that keeps you on track during the entire planning process, which helps you avoid feeling overwhelmed.

Also included with this package is the 'mend the end' package described below.

Full wedding weekend coordination

  • 2 CWD team members during the entire rehearsal and entire wedding day
  • complete coordination and planning of rehearsal, ceremony & reception
  • organize day of logistics
  • review all contracts to confirm you're not missing anything imperative
  • wedding day timeline and schedule of events for all vendors
  • wedding Day timeline and schedule for bridal party & family
  • distribute final vendor payments and gratuities
  • oversee all vendors arrivals/deliveries/teardowns
  • gather and disburse all corsages, bouts, gifts, guest book, favors, toasting flutes, cake knife, programs, & anything else of the such
  • safe delivery of all wedding gifts to designated room or vehicle
  • layout the order of events for the ceremony & entire reception
  • Assist with room diagram to guarantee proper flow and functionality
